"Not only does my dog, Foxy, love Karen but my husband and I feel totally at ease knowing that Foxy is being well taken care of when she is with Karen. From the minute I met Karen at Pt. Isabel dog park, she was a wonderful combination of professional and friendly. I could immediately see that she knew her business well and that the dogs under her supervision were happy and well behaved. After I sent an initial email requesting her services, she promptly responded by making an appointment to meet at our house and attaching forms that I could fill out prior to our meeting. Her forms were easy to fill out yet it was clear that the information she was requesting would aid her in giving Foxy the best care. I really appreciated the meeting at our house where aside from learning where all the supplies are kept, etc. she also did a “mock” walk. I learned tons of information in that one visit about Foxy’s behavior due to Karen’s wealth of knowledge. I continue to call upon it on a regular basis. My husband often asks me how I know something or other about Foxy and the answer is usually “Karen taught me.” Another aspect of Karen’s services that we really appreciated is that she checked in with us regularly giving us progress reports about the walk of the day. When I was out of town for the first time since adopting Foxy, I was greatly relieved to hear how the day went and could relax and enjoy my time away. It is so nice to know that we can count on Karen to give Foxy what she needs. We greatly value her services and highly recommend her."

"Karin is the absolute best dog walker! She helped me out many times and my little dog, Luna, just loved going out with Karin and the other small dogs. Luna was not used to being without me and going out with someone she did not know- Karin was able to not only get Luna out of the house and into her truck, but Luna fell in love with her! "Karin is an excellent dog walker. She is careful and conscientious, and she is always willing to be flexible to accommodate her clients' (human and dog) changing needs. My dog was one of Karin's first clients. He adores her, and so do we. Karin has gone "above and beyond" in helping us take care of our dog. When we moved last Fall, I forgot to put Pace out one morning before leaving for work. The neighbors called while I was on a field trip with my kindergarten class, saying the dog was howling non-stop. Karin rushed to my house and took Pace out, then kept him for the day until I got home. Karin is always careful to give ample notice when she will be away, and to recommend substitute walkers. She provides regular reports on each client and puts photos on her website so you can see your baby in action. Her focus on small dog walks is a big bonus for those of us whose dogs are uncomfortable being around large dogs. I highly recommend Karin for anyone who wants a reliable, caring, committed walker for their dog."

When I leave Yeschke with her, I feel completely assured that he will get what he needs: care, companionship and a chance to romp in the park with other dogs. "My 14 week old puppy Hazel is a ball of energy and can be a bit of a handful. I asked Karin to help us with some basic down and stay commands. We got right to it and Hazel responded so well to Karin’s energy and enthusiasm. It’s amazing to see Karin in action, being able to guide Hazel to not only lie down but STAY as well. "We called Karin for a consult to help us with our new puppy, Juno, who was guarding her food bowl with (very cute) puppy growls. We really wanted to nip this problem in the bud because we also have a toddler who really wants whatever Juno is having. Karin was great! After just one session, I can already see a change in Juno’s behavior! Karin gave us some extra bonus tips to help with other aspects of her training. Karin was great to work with and best of all, Juno loves her! I will definitely be calling her again to continue to help with our puppy training!"

"We had the good fortune of having Karin watch our two high energy, not little, pups while we were out of town. Since our dogs are our family, this was not a small thing. Our dogs have a variety of challenges--both are rescues, and both have their (to put it kindly) quirks. Toki is an exuberant adolescent, recently house trained, and learning to differentiate "sit" from "sit, launch, and lick!" She's a sweetheart, but needs (ahem) refinement. Kehoe is a surrealist at heart--the world is a bizarre untrustworthy place, and she's ever-vigilant to keep herself, her bed, and her peoples safe. She's also a sweetheart, but needs a fair amount of attention and distraction to get through everyday things. As you can see, not the easiest combo, and yet, Karin handled them both with aplomb, and even seemed to enjoy herself. She sent us cellphone photos every day. That's right, every day, while we were on vacation, we were able to relax, knowing that our pups were being spoiled and well-taken care of (they were on the bed, smiling widely at the park...). I'm a nervous mom at best--so I can't say enough how much I loved this. It's a relief to have someone I know I can trust with our dog (and our home!). Both our girls adore her, and we're thrilled that she so obviously enjoys what she does."

"Our 7 month old, 60 pound, lab shepherd puppy needed training with jumping on people, not coming when called and overall good manners. We met Karin on the trail and after working with Curry for 4 weeks, she is a different puppy. Not only does Curry LOVE Karin’s enthusiasm, she rarely jumps on people, always comes when called, and sits and stays on command.  Curry and I HIGHLY recommend Karin, an excellent trainer, with both big and small dogs."
